Statutory withdrawal window
Consumers in the European Union ordinarily enjoy fourteen calendar days from receiving physical
goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is
deemed respected if you send your communication before midnight on that fourteenth day.
Model instructions appear in pre-contract information emails; this section repeats substantive
contours for convenience.
Hygiene exceptions
Seals on food supplement containers are considered broken once the consumer opens them for
tasting or inspection beyond what is necessary to verify conformity in a shop context. Therefore
withdrawal may be excluded or partially limited after opening under Article 16(m)
implementations, but conformity defects still invoke statutory remedies independent of hygiene
carve-outs.
If you are uncertain, photograph the seal and contact us before opening
so we can advise whether a return label is worthwhile.
Non-conforming or damaged goods
If capsules appear discoloured, desiccant packs are punctured, or the lot number mismatches
documentation, stop consumption and email photographs. We arrange replacement or refund
including reasonable return postage when liability is ours under Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code.
Adverse reactions should be reported to healthcare professionals first; we forward serious
incident data to competent authorities where required by food-law implementing acts.
Returns workflow
- Message us with order reference, reason, and whether the seal remains intact.
- Receive a return merchandise authorisation code and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
- Pack items with sufficient padding; include a copy of the label invoice.
- Obtain proof of posting; untracked returns may forfeit remedies if the parcel disappears.
Refusal shipments bounce to our warehouse; storage fees may apply if you delay collection
instructions.
Refund execution
Approved refunds return to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which
case we propose a bank transfer after identity checks. Timing follows Article 13 of the
implementing regulation: within fourteen days of receiving returned goods or evidence you posted
them.
Partial refunds occur when bundle pricing depended on keeping the complete set.
Gift purchases
If the invoice shows a purchaser different from the recipient, withdrawal rights belong to the
recipient once delivery is accepted on their behalf, unless fraud is suspected.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
We cooperate with card networks. Friendly fraud chargebacks after successful delivery and
signature may incur administrative recovery fees and account blacklisting consistent with
network rules.
Administrative errors on our side receive priority reversal without escalating to disputes.
Non-consumer buyers
Business-to-business orders follow contractual cancellation clauses negotiated in purchase orders
unless mandatory law overrides.
Escalation
If informal resolution fails, consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform or
competent court identified in the Terms of Service.
